I intend to get out of this funk I find myself in this morning.  I will go do my daily practise which is The Way of the Rainbow and that will help me feel better.  The guidance will come and all will be well again.

I love that I always can rely on The Way of the RAinbow…..blessings, all.

After sharing a beautiful phone call last night with my Opalescent – Way of the Rainbow group, I realize how blessed I am…. to be able to share spiritual principles and dive deep into them, with a trusted group of friends.  I know they love me and I love them.  I know they support me and I support them.  It does not get any better than that….to feel loved and accepted in such an unconditional way…. just as Jesus would love me… they love me.  I feel very blessed this morning.  THANK YOU!

I intend to tend to myself today!  I will take time to love and nurture myself.  I know when I do that my own cup will be filled  and you can all share in the overflow! hahahah   I intend to have a wonderful day!   How about you?

My intention for today is to catch up on several small items that I have not finished this week.

Being the first day of the month, I wanted to catch up and not feel like I am “behind.”

I intend to give and receive LOVE today.  I will enjoy my day!

January 2011 – Angel of the Month 

Cambiel 

Cambiel brings the water of life to flow into our hearts.  This assists our feelings to grow and develop to our full potential.  Cambiel urges us to listen to our own intuition and to follow our hearts starting with this first month of the year.

This angel reminds us of the importance of our ideals, hopes and dreams and assists us in maintaining these all year round.  Cambiel asks us to remember to use our head and our hearts to make decisions.  This keeps both sides of our brain in balance.  The left brain deals with decisions, logic and action.  The right brain deals with our feelings, dreams, and our intuition.

 Message from Cambiel through Barbara Marie:

 Greetings Beloved Ones, 

It is with honor that I greet you being the first angel of the year that is highlighted by your Angel Group. 

 It is appropriate and highly desired to start the year off making decisions with wisdom.  Yes, this does include the information that the brain offers as well as your own intuition and your feelings regarding the decisions you will be making.  Do not discount your feelings dear ones.  Your feelings, as in your emotions and in various body parts, carry a lot of weight in your decision making.  The feelings in your body can give you messages.  It is with wisdom that you will notice these feelings and consciously receive the messages they offer.

 For example:  If you are making a decision between job A and job B.  Using your brain you will make a list of the positive and the negative aspects of both jobs.  Then using your feelings you will picture yourself at job A.  How does it feel in your body to be at that job?  How does your stomach feel?  How does your head feel?  Do you feel comfortable or uncomfortable?  Do the same process then with job B.  When picturing yourself in job B, how does your stomach feel?  Do you feel uncomfortable or comfortable?  Do you actually feel excited by either job?  Keep in mind that both jobs may not be right for you, or both jobs would be fine.  Usually though, you will be shown by your own body, which one is the right one for you at this time.

 You see Beloved Ones, using both tools – your brain and your feelings, is the key to making decisions.  If you tend to analyze with your brain, you will give your brain more power in the decisions you make.  If you tend to go with your feelings more, you will give the power to your feelings.

 A second key is to ask for guidance before you even begin the decision making process.  WE are here to help you, but we need to be asked first.  It is our pleasure to help you make your life decisions.  In this particular case of the jobs, we would help you feel your body more strongly so that it would be clear to you which choice would help you gain your hearts desire.  We might also bring to your mind the positives or negatives from your lists regarding the two jobs. 

 We would work with you in the way that works best for you dear children.  Ask and you shall receive.

Sept 14^th 

I was just outside this morning and the sun is still not shining.  It has been quite a few days and I miss the sun.  I like the sun.  I need the sun.  As I was pondering this, I realized that I can have the sun in my heart when ever I want it. It felt good to know this. 

 As I walked along the path to feed the kittens and cats I noticed that it was actually pretty nice out.  It was very quiet and peaceful.  It was the kind of peace that they talk about in the Bible, the peace that surpasses all understanding.  The stillness was magical.  The scent of the air was clean and fresh.  It felt warm and comforting and I felt connected to it all in a new way.

 Gratitude started to fill me.  Looking around me in all four directions, I raised my hands to God, in gratitude for all that I have.  I thanked the east, the south, the west and the north for adding their energies to my life.  I thanked the horses, the cats, the kittens and the dogs for all that they hold for me.  Each one of them has taught me lessons about myself, about them and about God.

 As my heart began to overflow with love and gratitude I looked all around me.  I could see land, trees, and hills for miles and miles.  God has given this to me.  God has given this to all of us.  Even if I do not personally own it all, God has given it to me to enjoy and to use for the highest good of all.  It is all here for me and for you.

 I feel very blessed to share this moment with you all.  I am honored to hold this space of gratitude.  I wonder how often we take what we have for granted.  Do we just continue to want more and more without really seeing what we already have? 

 This morning’s experience has brought me to the realization that I have not taken care of the things that I do have.  I have so much that just sits and gets dusty or dirty.  Today I will start the big “clean out” session.   Boxes galore will fill my home and in each box will be many things I treasured in the past.  It is time to pass them on and receive new treasures that I will take care of.  I will pick and choose my treasures more carefully because I know I can just enjoy them in the stores and I do not have to bring them all home. 

 The best part of all of this, is that I can just look out my front window and feel totally abundant  when I can see for miles and miles what God has created for me and for us all.  My heart is full.
